Villa Chata offers complete privacy, with no neighbours nearby, accommodating 10 people, distributed across four spacious bedrooms that provide comfort and space to relax and 5 bathrooms. Air conditioning and Internet, parking on the same plot for 6 cars. Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. Youth groups are not accepted.



Main floor: fully equipped independent kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher and laundry room. Spacious and bright living-dining room with access to a riu rau style terrace. One bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. One bedroom with 2 bunk beds to sleep 4 people and an independent simple toilet.



The upper floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and another bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub.



The focal point of the villa is its pleasant pool area, surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation and comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxation. Next to the pool, there is a fully equipped barbecue area (in addition to a traditional wood-fired oven), ideal for enjoying delicious outdoor meals while contemplating the surrounding landscape. Also featuring a shower and toilet for added convenience.
