As soon as you step inside, you are welcomed by a spacious entrance hall featuring a beautiful staircase that immediately sets the tone for the elegance of the villa. From here, the space opens up to the main living area, where the living room and the kitchen are seamlessly connected in an open-plan layout. Large windows illuminate the interior and lead the eye toward the terrace and pool area. The living room offers a generous sofa facing a large smart TV with IPTV, while the dining area includes a stylish dinning table. The ground floor hosts two bedrooms. One features a double kingsize bed and the other two single beds. Both rooms benefit from direct access to the outdoors and are complemented by a shared extra toilet near the hall for added convenience.
