Self-check-in is mandatory; each guest must be registered in the traveler form. The form will be sent to you one day in advance; this is mandatory as it is a requirement of the Spanish government. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. If you wish to extend the schedule, please inquire in advance about availability and additional cost, keeping in mind that flexibility may be difficult during the summer. Each guest must be registered in the police traveler form, which will be sent to you hours before your arrival. This is a mandatory requirement of the Spanish government. Please note: there are two pending cash payments: one is the payment per person per night for guests over 16. The second is a payment of €15 per car, which must be paid to the security guard at the residential entrance; they will place a sticker on the car so you will have access to the residential area for your entire stay.
