This cosy apartment located in Aguadulce is ideal for 4 people and perfect for enjoying a family holiday close to the sea.
The apartment is located in a residential complex just a 10-minute walk from Aguadulce beach. The outdoor area features a communal chlorine pool measuring 14 x 6 metres, with a depth ranging from 0.80 m to 2.20 m, as well as a children’s pool and an outdoor shower. It is surrounded by a large garden, perfect for relaxing or for children to play outdoors.

Located on the first floor of a building with a lift, the interior is laid out on a single level and offers a cosy atmosphere. The small furnished balcony is ideal for enjoying breakfast with the first rays of the day. The living room is bright and equipped with a Smart TV and air conditioning. The dining area is openly integrated into the living room, and the separate kitchen runs on gas and is fully equipped so you can cook just like at home. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. For sleeping arrangements, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and ceiling fan, and another with two single beds. In addition, there is a standing fan that you can place wherever you prefer. A full bathroom with a shower serves the apartment.

This is a quiet area with rural charm, ideal for strolling, swimming in the Mediterranean and exploring hiking or cycling routes to viewpoints, hills and nearby beaches such as La Romanilla or Las Salinas. Very close by you will find all the necessary services, with bars, restaurants and markets where you can enjoy the local cuisine and the relaxed atmosphere of the area. In addition, the proximity to Roquetas de Mar allows easy access to its seafront promenade, marina and family leisure areas.

The pool is open from 15 June to 15 September, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
