Upon entering, a hallway leads to the independent kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, and washing machine. Continuing down the hallway, you will find a convenient guest toilet, and at the end, a large living room divided into three different areas, filled with natural light and equipped with a Smart TV, air conditioning and heating (split system), as well as high-speed fiber internet.
From the living room, a small corridor leads to the two bedrooms and the main bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first bedroom features two single beds (90x190 cm) placed together, while the master bedroom offers a 150x190 cm double bed, a practical desk, and a walk-in wardrobe. The building has an elevator (with some stair sections), and the apartment includes a crib and high chair upon request, ensuring comfort for couples, friends, and families.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
