On this floor, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed + a single bed and two with two single beds each, all with their own shower bathroom.



On the upper floor (accessed by interior stairs), a bright living-dining room with satellite/DTT television awaits you, from where you can admire impressive views of the Peñón de Ifach and the Mediterranean Sea. There are also two bedrooms with double beds, one with an en-suite bathroom with shower and the other with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.



Outside, the villa has an 8x4 meter pool with stairs, perfect for cooling off and having fun. Additionally, it features a built-in barbecue for enjoying outdoor meals with family or friends. The fully fenced plot offers space to park up to three vehicles.



Located in the exclusive "Almendros" area, the villa is peaceful and close to everything: just 450 meters from the nearest supermarket, 1.4 km from the beach and restaurants, and surrounded by services for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
