Welcome to Casa Durán – Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote



Casa Durán is a spacious, bright and cosy holiday home with 2 bedrooms, perfect for accommodating up to 4 people. It offers sea views and views of the Lanzarote landscape from our wonderful rooftop (solarium), creating an ideal setting to enjoy relaxing days by the sea.



The base price corresponds to 2 people, and each additional guest entails an extra cost per night, so the booking must reflect the correct number of guests.



Located in a quiet area, Casa Durán is situated a short walk from the beach, with restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and leisure areas accessible on foot.



Comfortable and Functional Interior Spaces

The house is very well equipped, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: complete independent kitchen, washing machine, iron, safe, WiFi connection, television and alarm system.



Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, and the rooms are equipped with mosquito nets for greater comfort. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, from coffee maker and toaster to dishwasher, oven and microwave.



Outside, guests can enjoy the garden, terrace furniture and relaxation area, creating a perfect space to enjoy the sun of Lanzarote.



Included Amenities and Welcome

Casa Durán is delivered fully equipped, with bed linen, bath towels, beach towels and kitchen cloths, as well as hand soap, gel/shampoo and moisturising lotion. An extra set of sheets and towels is provided.



Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome package, which includes water, milk, coffee and tea, sweet and savoury biscuits, half a bottle of local wine and a small cleaning kit.



For families with children, we offer an optional Baby Pack (cot, high chair, portable bathtub, sheets, blanket, towel, shower kit and children's crockery), with additional cost and upon request.



Cleaning

The house is delivered clean and ready for your stay, with a fixed cost included in the reservation.

For stays of 6 nights or more, a cleaning is included once a week, which includes changing sheets and towels, garbage removal, replenishing gel, lotion and toilet paper, as well as a refresh of the accommodation. The cleaning is express, and personal belongings are not reorganised or sorted.



Check-in Process

After confirming the booking, you will be asked to complete the online check-in through our associated Hoomvip application. This step is mandatory before arrival and allows activation of the digital key, as access to the house is carried out exclusively through this system, without physical keys.



Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out before 11:00. We can manage early arrival or late departure requests subject to availability. We are available before and during your stay for any queries.



Car Hire

To explore Lanzarote with complete freedom, we recommend hiring a car. We collaborate with a trusted local provider that offers comprehensive insurance, no deposit, free cancellation, unlimited mileage, and a second driver included. We can arrange a booking tailored to your travel dates and plans.
