One-bedroom apartment with Wi-Fi, spacious with a good dining area opening onto a terrace with sea views, and a communal area with a large swimming pool.

The dining room is newly furnished and includes a Smart TV. It's spacious and bright, with a new sofa bed that sleeps two. The room is large and pleasant, with direct access to the terrace and the kitchen, clearly separating the living and sleeping areas. Wi-Fi is available. Note: We are currently installing air conditioning, but this depends on permits from the town hall and community, so we cannot guarantee it will be ready by then.

It has a well-equipped kitchen with direct access to the dining room and a very complete bathroom.

The apartment is right next to the seafront promenade; it only takes 2 minutes to get to the beach. There's also a communal area with a large, beautiful swimming pool, free-to-use sun loungers, and excellent facilities.

It is also close to supermarkets and many shops and businesses, etc. All within a 4-5 minute walk.

The area also has bars and restaurants of different types for lunch or dinner, from the typical paella and fish restaurants, to pizzerias or even more typical and homemade food, according to tastes.
