About This Property
Located in a private complex (Beach & resort Playa Macenas) that has everything you need for a quiet holiday by the sea, with direct access to Playa Macenas and close to the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata.
The complex has two swimming pools and one of them is located next to the main terrace of my accommodation (ideal for families with children).

Weekly discounts (7 nights) during the months from September to June.
The house features four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with two single beds, making it perfect for families. There are three full bathrooms, including one en-suite in the master bedroom for added privacy and comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and has direct access to the main terrace. It opens up to the dining area, which boasts a large table that seats eight, ideal for shared meals.
The terrace, located next to one of the pools, includes a pergola and an outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying meals in a relaxed and pleasant setting.
The residential complex features a social club with a gym (available for an additional fee) and a pool area with sun loungers available for rent, offering extra comfort and leisure options during your stay.
The complex has 24 hour security and two community access pools.
Once the reservation is confirmed, a document will be sent with all the recommendations (activities and restaurants) near the accommodation. (Welcome doc.).
You will have a contact person for everything you may need.
A deposit of €200 will be requested upon arrival and will be returned on the day of departure.
The urbanization has direct access to Playa Macenas. From the beach bar `El Manaca` you can access to two small coves where there are usually no people. One of these coves, the `El Sombrerico` was the scene of the movie `Treasure Island`.
The beach of Mójacar and the town are 10-15 minutes away by car and have all the necessary services (supermarkets, restaurants, etc).
The accommodation is very close to the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata-Níjar.
Mojácar and its surroundings is an ideal area for activities with family and friends. You will find a wide range of water activities (windsurfing, snorkeling, paddle surfing or boat ride) as well as for golfing. There are also marked routes for hiking around Mojácar and especially in the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata-Níjar.
It is recommended to have your own vehicle that can be parked in the private garage.
Almería Airport: 50 minutes
During the months of July and August, only full weeks are rented with check-in and check-out on Saturdays.
We accept pets on request and with an additional supplement (€50). Pets may not be in the swimming pools of the resort.
