Welcome to Chueca Center II, your new home in the heart of Madrid!

Recently renovated studio with heating, located in Madrid’s historic center. It’s perfect for temporary stays, as it’s designed to make you feel at home while enjoying your time in the Spanish capital.

The studio features a 1.35 cm wide double bed, fully dressed, and a living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, for which we provide extra bedding.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your best recipes, including a fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, as well as dishes and all the necessary utensils to make you feel at home.

Chueca Center II also has a newly renovated bathroom with a modern shower. In the bathroom, you’ll find complimentary shampoo, shower gel, and soap, as well as a hairdryer. You’ll also have a set of towels per person.

The studio also offers high-speed Wi-Fi in case you need to work remotely, and a large-screen Smart TV so you can watch your favorite shows after a long day exploring the city.

Thanks to its privileged location in the very center of Madrid, you’ll have easy access to a wide range of services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, health centers, etc. Don’t miss the chance to feel like a true Madrileño—we look forward to welcoming you for an unforgettable stay in the heart of Madrid!

Additionally, we offer the flexibility of self check-in, with access via electronic lock, so you can arrive whenever it suits you. You’ll only need a smartphone with an internet connection to enter and start enjoying your temporary stay in Madrid.

HOW TO GET HERE
From Madrid-Barajas Airport:

By taxi: With a fixed fare of €33, the journey is direct and comfortable.
By metro: Take Line 8 from the airport to Nuevos Ministerios, transfer to Line 10 to Tribunal, and from there, you’re just a few minutes’ walk to the studio.
From Atocha Station:

By metro: Take Line 1 from Atocha to Tribunal. The studio is a short walk from the station.
From Chamartín Station:

By metro: Take Line 10 to Tribunal. From there, you can walk to the studio in a few minutes.
By car: If you arrive by car, we recommend checking the Madrid City Council website for information on environmental restrictions and parking zones.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Rental cribs are available for €30 per stay. Please request in advance by contacting the host.
Guests must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
Parties or similar events are not allowed in this property.
To access the apartment, you’ll need a smartphone with an internet connection.
The tenant must sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original booking conditions and must include the rental duration, stating that the purpose is not indefinite occupancy or permanent residence, as well as the tenant’s usual address and reason for the rental.
Please note that if your arrival date coincides with the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee the apartment will be ready for check-in.
