Welcome to your ideal holiday destination in northern Mallorca. Situated in the peaceful residential area of Alcanada, just a stone's throw from the sea, Villa Farrutxet provides a cosy retreat. Its location makes it particularly suitable for families and groups looking for a relaxed environment close to nature and the coast.



The villa has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight people. It is spread over two floors.

The upper floor comprises a living room and dining area with access to a large terrace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms complete this floor. The ground floor has another bedroom with direct garden access, an additional living and dining area, and an extra kitchen. From here, you can access the pool area and outdoor spaces directly.

The garden features a private pool with a sunbathing area, a covered dining area, barbecue facilities, and an outdoor shower.

Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and kitchen appliances for everyday use. Bed linen and towels are also provided.



The villa is located near the Alcanada golf course, a short distance from Alcudia and its historic centre, and close to the beaches of the bay and various leisure activities. It is an ideal starting point for discovering the north of Mallorca and enjoying the island in peace.



Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.25 / Kw to be paid on departure.

Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
