The villa has 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, distributed in 1 king-size bed and 4 single beds, ensuring comfortable rest for all guests. Two bathrooms with shower complete the interior spaces, providing all the necessary comfort.



The interior is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi, as well as a fully functional kitchen with appliances such as a fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. You will also find an iron for your convenience.



The exterior of the villa is a true paradise. Enjoy a private swimming pool of 8.70 x 4.00 metres, perfect for refreshing moments under the sun. The garden, furnished and with a barbecue, invites you to enjoy unique evenings with mountain views.

In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax called Ecotasa is paid for each guest over 16 years old. Per day and person: From 1 November to 30 April: €0.55. From 1 May to 31 October: €2.20. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or in cash. Payment is mandatory. A welcome basket is provided with each booking.
