Renovated by a prestigious architecture studio, every detail has been carefully designed: from the large balcony window that slides completely into the wall—opening the living room fully to the outside—to the lighting and built-in modular storage that create a minimalist, clean, and flexible space. Underfloor heating makes it pleasant to walk barefoot, while air conditioning throughout ensures perfect comfort in summer.

There’s a comfortable living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a foldable desk, a double bedroom, and a spacious bathroom with bathtub. The sofa becomes a bed, accommodating up to three guests. A bright, peaceful refuge where you can read, share a glass of wine, or simply watch the sky change color at sunset.

The apartment is on a small, quiet street in the heart of Chueca, just one minute from Gran Vía, close to three metro lines. We provide linens, towels, iron, hairdryer, and kitchen essentials, as well as local information. Registered as a short-stay non-touristic rental, suitable for temporary stays for work, cultural, family, or health reasons. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.
