Exiting the bedroom, to the right is the modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals.

To the left is the living room, featuring a comfortable sofa bed, coffee table, Smart TV, and a dining table with seating for four. Also to the left is a spacious bathroom, fully adapted for guests with reduced mobility, with a walk-in shower and exterior ventilation.

The second bedroom is a single room, with a 90 x 2 m bed, bedside table, and wardrobe, ideal for additional guests.

The apartment is fully accessible, with no stairs, and is equipped with central air conditioning for both cooling and heating, ensuring comfort all year round.

Access the building through its main entrance, fully accessible and step-free, leading to a charming Cádiz-style hall/interior courtyard, from which the apartments are distributed across three floors.

Guests can enjoy the sun and views from the communal rooftop terrace/solarium on the third floor, covering 136 m² and equipped with sun loungers, a table, chairs, and artificial grass, a perfect space to relax outdoors.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
