Set between Sa Pobla and Muro, Villa Son Pou enjoys a rural and peaceful location. Within 15 minutes, you’ll reach the sandy beaches of Alcúdia, Playa de Muro and Can Picafort, ideal for families with their shallow waters. Local markets, cycling routes, hiking in the Serra de Tramuntana, and traditional Mallorcan restaurants are all close by.

Villa Son Pou combines history, comfort and nature. A unique setting to relax and enjoy Mallorca with family or friends.



Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15 per person per day.

Note 3. When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be 50 until 1:00 p.m. and 90 until 4:00 p.m.

Note 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is 0.25 KwH to be paid on departure.

Note 5. There is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h. There is an extra cost of 50€ for check-in after 00.00 h.

Note 6: On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
