It has four bedrooms: two with queen-size beds, a third with two single beds, and a fourth with three single beds, allowing it to accommodate up to 9 people. It has two bathrooms, one with a masonry bathtub and the other with a shower. The accommodation offers a spacious living room connected to a double-height dining room that provides spaciousness and a welcoming feel. In addition, it has an additional room set up as a work or activity area, perfect for those who need to telework or for multipurpose use. Outside there is a barbecue area equipped with several tables for outdoor dining and shade for relaxation. At the top, there is a solarium next to the master bedroom, ideal for sunbathing in privacy and enjoying views of the area.

The house is located in a quiet area of Vega de San Mateo, surrounded by nature and with easy access to the town center, where there are supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, and the well-known local farmers' market.
