Villa Ventet a countryside Mallorca Villa, set back off the road that leads from Pollensa to Alcudia. Entry gates open into the grounds of the Villa. Front door is under a large covered wrap around naya terrace.Front door opens into an open plan lounge, dining and American style fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, there is a door that leads off the kitchen zone directly out to a terrace with a thatched pergola where the super free standing brick BBQ is located, nice area for entertaining al fresco.  The Lounge/dining area nicely decorated throughout, with sofas in pretty blue.
To the right of the kitchen leads to separate laundry room, next to this room is a shower room nicely decorated with its step in shower recess.To the left of the lounge-dining an arch leads through to a small lobby hall.
To the right is a complete bathroom with ¾ bath with shower over the bath nicely decorated in beige tiles.
Infront of the lobby leads through to the double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. On the left of the lobby is a pretty twin bedroom.The lovely pool is located at the side of the Villa and adjacent to the large terrace with comfortable stylish terrace furniture and chairs which offers shade from the heat of the day and the pool has a large straw umbrella at one end, again offering shade.  The pool is surrounded by lawns on four sides.Villa Ventet, is stylish and comfortably furnished throughout, with a touch of both traditional and modern ambience.  It is ideally located with easy access to the historic town of Pollensa, yet not far away from the old town Alcudia and beaches of Puerto Alcudia which includes magnificent Muro beach stretching over 10km with its white sands and crystal turquoise waters. This Villa in Mallorca is ideal for couples and small families.
(Note. Stairs lead directly up from the lounge-dining/ Kitchen to a large mezzanine with low slanting beams which incorporates a small sitting area and free standing wardrobe. Door opens from this area into an enclosed twin bedroom, again with low slanting beams, Mezzanine ideal for teenagers, friends or nanny.
