Villa Oreano is a delightful traditional Mallorca Villa hidden in the countryside yet walkable to the historic old town of Pollensa and near the magnificent turquoise beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa. The Villa is accessed via a gated driveway set amongst natural gardens made up of olive trees offering total privacy to the Villa.Arriving through this long olive driveway you will find a large parking area from where you can access to the covered terrace and the magnificent pool with Roman steps at the front, all surrounded by a colorful garden with orange and lemon trees.Adjacent to the covered terrace there is a covered BBQ ideal to enjoy a magnificent meal with your family or friends.The main door of the house opens into a cozy inner hall from where you have access to all of the rooms.To the left of the inner hall there is the charming open-plan living room with its nicely sofas and flat TV where a large glassed door at the front leads directly out to the lovely main terrace and the swimming pool area. The charming countryside style kitchen is both accessible via the front door in the inner hall or via a door on the left of the living room as well as it has a French door which opens to the terrace. It is a traditional fully fitted kitchen with all the electrical appliances needed and a table for eight people.To the right of the inner hall, a step leads you up to a corridor.On the corridor, a door on your left leads to a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and splendid views to the green garden.To the right of the corridor, opposite the twin bedroom, there is a complete bathroom with shower over the bath. The second door hides the master bedroom, nicely decorated in orange tones, with fitted wardrobes and own private en suit bathroom.At the end of the corridor, you will find three more doors, the two at the sides leading to two further twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and in the middle another traditional decorated shower room.Villa Oreano is a stylish countryside house which offers our clients total privacy to spend a wonderful holidays enjoying the nature, the sun and all the treasures of our Island.
