Welcome to your elegant Villa Casa Blanca in Puerto de Alcúdia, just 500 metres from the fine sandy beach, ideal for up to 8 guests.

At the heart of the house, you will find a cosy living and dining area with satellite TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The adjoining, separate and fully equipped kitchen has its own dining area and modern appliances.

You can sleep comfortably in four bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as in one room with two single beds. One of the bedrooms also has a work area with a desk and chair. There is also a fast fibre optic internet connection, ideal for quiet hours or working from home. There are two bright bathrooms with showers in the house, and a third bathroom with a shower is located directly by the pool in the outdoor area.

Wi-Fi and air conditioning (heating/cooling) are available throughout the house for pleasant comfort in all seasons.

The large pool provides refreshing bathing fun. Sun loungers invite you to relax. For some exercise: there is a table tennis table in the garden for a quick match.

In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax is paid, called the Ecotax, for each guest over 16 years old.

Per day and person:

From 1 November to 30 April: 0.55 €

From 1 May to 31 October: £2.20

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half.

The Ecotax can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or in cash. Payment is mandatory.

A welcome basket is provided with each booking. Additionally, we provide all information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, points of interest, etc.) in an online guide so that they can fully enjoy their holidays.

The town is known for its long white sandy beaches and shallow, crystal-clear waters, ideal for both children and those seeking relaxation.

In the port, with its charming marina and row of fishing boats, cafés, beach bars, restaurants, and boutiques invite you to stroll and enjoy paella, tapas, or seafood with a view of the sea. The atmosphere is lively but not overcrowded and very family-friendly, especially in summer.

Just 2 kilometers away is the medieval town of Alcúdia, known for its well-preserved walls, historic buildings, and Roman ruins — a journey through time that brings history to life.
