It is located just a few minutes’ drive from lively areas with restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, and other tourist attractions.



The property is located next to two other holiday homes, each with its own terrace and outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the fresh air, nature, and the tranquility of the surroundings. Only 10 minutes from the island’s capital and the airport.



The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It features WiFi, satellite TV with channels in Spanish, English, and German, electric radiator heating, washing machine, iron, and hairdryer. There is no kitchen, but a small kitchenette is available, including a minibar, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and kitchenware/cutlery, perfect for preparing light snacks or enjoying a coffee while admiring the beautiful scenery.
