!! Unbeatable 4-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with views of the Sagrada Familia!!
My apartment is charming, bright, original, and unconventional, with great views of the Sagrada Familia. What am I saying... no... unbeatable views of the Sagrada Familia. The apartment maintains the essence of the period construction, with some things that haven't been modified, and will allow you to experience what homes were like at the beginning of the last century in Barcelona.
Perfect for 2 couples. 4 adults with cultural interests, or families...
We are not authorized to host groups of young people for partying purposes.
A very cozy area, full of small restaurants, as well as unbeatable neighborhood life, and very well connected by 5 bus lines and 2 metro lines.
The space:
Small hall where your suitcases will fit on the day of your arrival or departure while you get organized, and I will welcome you for check-in, which will take approximately one hour. In the hall is what used to be the guest room, or where the freelancer could do their work while clients waited in the reception area with a chair. We decided to reduce this reception area a bit to accommodate a bathroom with a shower.

The bedroom suite: 1 double bed 1.80 x 1.90 with private bathroom with sink, large shower, and toilet.
Included:
Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, sheets, and towels.
Not included:
Tourist tax, extras, early arrivals or departures, luggage storage.
During your stay, you will conveniently deposit the tourist tax.
As of September 16, 2025, the price per person over 16 years of age per night is €6.25. (This amount may vary at any time according to municipal regulations.)

Check-out after 12:00 PM or before 9:00 AM: €30
