Spacious and elegant three-story house situated in the heart of the old town of Pollensa, just a few steps from the famous Calvario. The ground floor consists of a living room, dining area, a small guest toilet, and a modern kitchen that opens onto a large interior patio with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. The second floor contains three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds—and two full bathrooms, one of them en suite. The third floor features a living room with a small front terrace offering magnificent views of the town and the Puig de Maria, as well as a larger rear terrace that provides a beautiful and relaxing view of the Calvario and its surroundings.

IMPORTANT

In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax, known as the Ecotasa, charged for each guest over 16 years old.

Per person, per day:

•From November 1st to April 30th: €0.55

•From May 1st to October 31st: €2.20

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or in cash. Payment is mandatory.
