Located in El Llano, an area with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and excellent transport connection to the city centre and the beach. Residential and peaceful environment. The apartment is located 5 minutes walking from the centre and 15 minutes from Poniente beach and San Lorenzo beach. The bus station is 10 minutes away and the train station is 15 minutes on foot.

Please note that parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the apartment. If any type of disturbance to neighbours occurs or apartment rules are breached, a fine of 300 euros will be applied.
