The large bathroom includes a bathtub, toilet, sink, and a bidet.
The living room is very luminous and bright, furnished with a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, and a dining table, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and amenities you'll need for your stay.

The apartments has an unbeatable location for a wonderful stay. Its strategic spot gives you easy access to both the beach and the city center:Beach: Approx. a 14-minute walk.
City Center: Approx. a 10-minute walk.

-Pets:
We will accept your pet on request; you should always ask and inform us in advance about the breed, size and age, as a supplement per day will be applied, to be paid in cash at check-in.Any damage or additional cleaning will be at the guest's expense, and will be taken from the security deposit.
-check-in:
Our check-in process is personal, with regular opening hours from 15:00h to 21:00h, so we recommend that you contact us in advance in order to set the most convenient time for you.

Check out is until 11:00h, but late check out can be requested, subject to availability.

Outside the established times we have the following rates:Late Check in : arrival after 21:00h implements a cost of 30€ until 23.00, then 10€ will be added for each additional hour.Late check out (departure after 11.00) and early check in (arrival before 15.00) will incur an extra cost which you can consult with us.The flat has a tourist license.
