This newly built, typical-style country house, with 140 m² of living space and a 10 x 4 meter swimming pool, is located on a separate 14,300 m² plot, in a peaceful setting surrounded by unspoiled countryside north of the villages of Petra and Ariany. The access road is paved and easy to navigate. The bright and modern building is entirely on one level and offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. At the front of the house is an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen next to a spacious dining room. From the living room, with its large, comfortable sofa, you can access the shaded terraces through large sliding glass doors. There you will find outdoor furniture, such as sofas, armchairs, and, of course, 6 sun loungers. From there you can enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. In addition, there is an outdoor dining area with seating for 6 on the terrace with direct access to the kitchen.
A gas grill is available for barbecuing. Behind the terraces, separated by a large lawn, is the 10-meter-long and 4-meter-wide swimming pool, which is 1.60 meters deep.
The use of air conditioning is charged separately. The approximate cost is €10.00 per night.

The perfect location and good infrastructure in the center of the island make day trips in all directions easy and convenient, without the need for long drives. The village of Petra is only about a 5-minute drive from the house and offers a complete infrastructure, including numerous bars, restaurants, and shops.
