Welcome to your home-away-from-home in Benalmádena! This well-cared-for 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and relaxation — ideal anyone seeking a peaceful stay by the sea.

Step outside onto the large, sun-drenched balcony where you’ll find breathtaking sea views, lush gardens, and the two swimming pools below (a large pool and a children’s pool, open from June through September). The terrace is furnished with a dining table for four, a cozy sofa, and two sun loungers — perfect for lazy mornings, al fresco meals, or evening drinks while enjoying the views.

Inside, the bright living room provides a comfortable space to relax, complete with a smart TV and a separate dining area. The fully renovated kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, along with a separate laundry room. We provide some tea and coffee to help get your stay off to a comfortable start too!
There are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and direct access to the terrace, the other with two single beds. With two modern bathrooms, air conditioning in every room, and heating for winter stays, you’ll feel at ease in every season.

The location couldn’t be better. Just a short 2-minute walk takes you to the beach, while countless restaurants, cafés, and attractions are right on your doorstep. The apartment is within easy reach of Benalmádena’s parks, marina, and cultural sights, making it a great choice whether you want to explore or simply relax. While a car is not necessary, there is a secure gated residents’ car park with ample year-round parking.
