The apartment consists of three bedrooms, all with 160 cm wide double beds. In the Master bedroom, there is room for an extra bed or a cot. The apartment has two bathrooms, as well as a laundry room with a guest WC. This is a brand new apartment of 124 sq. meters, located on the ground floor.

From the spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, you have access to your own large terrace of 58 sq. meters with dining area and also some sunloungers for relaxing. It is totally enclosed, therefore perfect for those with children. The terrace is partially covered, which allows people to enjoy sun or shade as they wish . The apartment has air conditioning, heating, high-speed WiFi, a smart TV and comes with a private underground parking space.

It is located inside a lovely, gated apartment complex, with a beautiful communal pool area with sunloungers. The large outdoor jacuzzi in the pool area is heated all year round, so it´s fantastic in winter.
