This unit is situated on the first floor of a two-story building, with access to the front porch via shared stairs with the neighbour. Your apartment is located on the left side, offering a pleasant view of the street and a cosy breakfast nook to enjoy your morning coffee with the perfect orientation for soaking up the morning sun. Upon entering, you will find an open dining room, living room, and kitchen area. The dining table, to the left, can accommodate four people and is adorned with lovely decorations. An air conditioning unit above the table ensures even distribution of cool air throughout the space. The living room features a comfortable couch, coffee table, shelves, and a smart TV for entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen includes all necessary appliances and utensils, such as plates, glasses, pots, pans, a fridge, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Other appliances include a stove, extractor, oven, toaster, water heater, and coffee machine. The master bedroom, accessible from the dining room, has a queen-sized bed, nightstands, reading lamps, and a fitted cupboard. Its window faces the street. The adjacent bathroom has a sink, drawers, shelves, a toilet, a spacious shower, and a hair dryer. A second bedroom, accessible from the living room, offers two single beds, an open cupboard, a nightstand, and a shelf. The window in this room overlooks the stairs leading to the home's solarium You can reach the stairs by using the door located beside the kitchen. The stairs are constructed from metal and spiral upwards. The solarium is created for maximum comfort and relaxation, featuring a comfortable corner lounge set and a table for evening drinks and snacks. Two tanning beds are available for sunbathing. From this vantage point, you can enjoy views of the sea on one side and the renowned Zenia Boulevard on the other. The communal pool is just a short walk away on the opposite side of the building. You'll easily spot it with the beautiful green trees surrounding the tiled and fenced-off area. During your stay, you will have the whole apartment for yourself. You will access it through a private entrance through the veranda, but the staircase is shared with the neighbors, just like the community pool.
