Apartment

**This apartment is rented seasonally, for medium or short stays, but only in accordance with the LAU regulations as a use other than housing and rentals for tourist purposes are not permitted, but the rental must be for the reasons set out in the law. A lease agreement for use other than habitual housing will be signed between the parties and the deposit stipulated by law will be deposited.**



The apartment consists of a living room, a separate kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
