Intimate and inviting, this apartment is a perfect choice for couples or solo travelers seeking a quiet, comfortable base in the heart of Úbeda. With space for 2 guests, it features a double bedroom designed for rest, relaxation, and connection.

The apartment offers a cozy atmosphere with air conditioning and heating, making it ideal for year-round stays. Though the apartment is fully private, it shares access to a well-maintained common bathroom located within the building, complete with a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries (shampoo, soap, and shower gel).

A compact kitchenette allows for light cooking or a relaxed breakfast, with a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and basic kitchenware. A small dining area and flat-screen TV make it easy to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

This apartment is part of a small hotel composed of six private tourist apartments, all sharing access to common bathrooms located within the building.

Please note that there is a small step before entering the accomodation.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are NOT allowed. Non-compliance will have a penalty of 250 euros.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
