It has 3 bedrooms: two with double beds (one of 150 cm) and another with 2 beds of 90 cm. Independent living room and fully equipped kitchen. One full bathroom.

Located in the La Arena neighbourhood, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and leisure areas. Good public transport connection to move around Gijón.

Please note that parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the apartment. If any type of disturbance to neighbours occurs or apartment rules are breached, a fine of 300 euros will be applied.
