On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and Royal Gran Crema coffee machine. The kitchen opens up to a spacious living-dining area with a table for 4 and a comfortable lounge area with TV. A large window connects directly to the outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy the private pool overlooking the canal.
The terrace is equipped with a table for 6 people, sun loungers with parasol, outdoor shower, and direct access to the canal, where you have a private mooring 10mx3m, ideal for docking your boat. There is also parking space for two vehicles within the property.
The ground floor also includes a full bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and built-in wardrobes.
Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, both with access to a private terrace, and a second full bathroom with bathtub. All rooms are exterior and equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort.
