Amazing apartment with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms in the center of Barcelona, very bright and spacious.
Modernist building with elevator, the apartment is a 1st floor. It maintains the style of the buildings of the old Barcelona, hydraulic floors, decorated in detail.
A 8' walk from Paseo de Gracia, Plaza Catalunya, Ramblas ... very well connected by public transport
There is a tourist tax of 6,88€ per person and per night will be requested from you to be paid before arrival
Arrival time is from 15 to 20pm, before or after this time there are extra rates: 20€ before 15pm (depending of availability), 35€ from 20pm to 23 h and 60€ after 23h.
// Check in on holiday dates has an extra fee of 30€ (24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December, 1st and 6th of January).
// This flat is located in a quiet building with local residents who live there all year long. Therefore, we request you to conduct yourself in an appropriate manner, for example; not making noise (especially late at night, from 22:00pm to 9:00am) and keeping the common areas clean.
It’s totally forbidden make any kind of party during your stay and also remind you, our apartments are non-smoker.
