Living-dining room: Spacious and bright space, equipped with sofa, flat-screen television and dining table for four people. Direct access to the terrace through large sliding doors.



Private terrace: Cozy outdoor area furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for having breakfast outdoors or enjoying clear views of the mountain.



Master bedroom: It has two single beds joined together, bedside tables, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. Includes bedding and towels for guests.



Renovated bathroom: With spacious shower enclosure, modern toilet, and integrated washing machine for long stays.



Equipped kitchen: American-style kitchen with a wooden bar, equipped with refrigerator, microwave, water kettle, electric stove, and basic kitchenware.



Additional information:

Official capacity: 3 people, according to current regulations. If you are 4 or have special needs, do not hesitate to consult us before booking.



Long stays: Special rates available for bookings of 30 nights or more between November and April.

Extra towels: 5€ (1 set of 1 hand towel and 1 body towel)

Beach towels: 12€/4 towels

Quick cleaning: 20€ does not include a general cleaning, just sweeping and dusting.

Cleaning with bathroom and kitchen: 50€

Gym: It is a private facility and applies its rates. Benalcoast Properties has no access to discounts or any special treatment. Please consult directly with the responsible company.



We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.



Building with elevators and access to all common areas:



5 pools with slides (one open in winter, alternating between the large and the heated one at 23 °C)



Gardens, sun loungers (paid), bar, restaurant, game room and supermarket open every day on the ground floor.



Gym in the building (with supplement, direct payment to the gym).



Check-in: 24-hour reception. Check-in from 3:00 PM (from June 15 to September 15, check-in from 4:00 PM). Early check-in, upon request and subject to availability, with a supplement of 20



Parking: Space subject to availability.



Community satellite TV: Subject to the building's general signal (we cannot guarantee or be responsible for specific signal losses).



The opening hours of swimming pools and slides may vary depending on the season. Benalcoast Properties does not manage these facilities, so no claims related to their closure will be accepted.



Important notice:

To facilitate and speed up the registration process, an identity document image and a selfie will be requested, which will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and will be deleted the day after check-in. All guests must register according to local regulations. You will receive a secure link one week before your arrival to do so online. If you do not receive it, please let us know as soon as possible.



We do not request a refundable deposit. However, we ask for a credit card number as a guarantee, up to a maximum of 200 only in case of damage. This measure allows us to offer you a peaceful and worry-free stay.
