Caballero Home is a charming apartment located in a traditional Sevillian building with an Andalusian courtyard, high ceilings and exposed wooden beams. A space where you can feel at home while discovering Seville.

It's on Calle Fernán Caballero, a quiet pedestrian street just steps from Plaza del Duque and La Campana. The Cathedral, Giralda and Alcázar are only a 10-minute walk away.

The entire historic centre on foot, no traffic noise, no rush.

The interior is an open, functional and well-designed space. The main area combines living room and kitchen in one environment, while the bedroom is separated by a low wall, providing privacy without losing openness.

The living room has a sofa, television and a dining table that can also be used as a workspace. The kitchen, connected directly to the living room, is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and basic utensils, making it easy to prepare simple meals.

The bedroom has a king-size double bed (150 x 200), two bedside tables and wardrobes for storage, all arranged to keep the space clear and comfortable for rest.

The bathroom is separate, with a shower, sink with cabinet and WC. The neutral tones give a sense of cleanliness and order.

The apartment retains original features such as high ceilings with exposed wooden beams and traditional double-leaf windows.
