This cosy villa of 105 m² is located in the heart of nature, in a unique wine-growing setting in the municipality of Muro. The house is part of an old traditional Mallorcan windmill, which in the past was used for water extraction, still preserving its rural charm and history.



The property belongs to the renowned Butxet Wineries, and all guests will enjoy an included guided tour of the winery, available during their stay.



The house has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people:



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.



On the ground floor, there is a second bedroom with a double bed and an additional full bathroom.



On this same floor there is also a small distributor with a sofa bed, ideal as a reading or rest area.



The accommodation is bright, comfortable and fully equipped, and offers beautiful views of the garden, vineyards and mountain.
