The apartment in Benidorm has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people. A 120 m² cosy and newly built accommodation, with sea and garden views. It is located in an ideal area for families and in the residential complex. It has a lift, terrace, washing machine, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, tennis court, paddle court, gym, sauna, spa, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, communal + children's swimming pool, heated communal swimming pool, covered parking in the same building, 1 Television. The American kitchen, with induction, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

Important information about arrival time: The key collection time is from 16:00 to 19:00, if you want to arrive earlier, it will depend on availability and until the day of arrival we cannot give you information. If you arrive after 00:00 there will be a late check-in charge of 45€. This amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be charged from the deposit.
