You can reach the Atlántico shopping centre in about 5 minutes, and a walk to the wide, sandy Playa de la Guirra takes less than 10 minutes. The central beach in Caleta de Fuste, Playa del Castillo, is located a kilometre further.

The interior (90 m²) is designed in a modern style: two bright bedrooms with large beds - one with a television - a living room with a sofa bed and a charming glazed terrace that transforms into a cosy winter garden when evening falls. The kitchen with induction hob, oven and a full set of dishes encourages culinary experiments, and an elegant bathroom offers a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead.

The heart of the home is a private garden-terrace (110 m² of land), created for outdoor living.
