Next to this courtyard are the master bedroom and the bathroom with shower, all connected by a large corridor.

On the roof terrace of the building, which is accessed by stairs, guests can enjoy a solarium shared with only two other homes. This communal space is equipped with hammocks and a chill out area ideal for sunbathing, disconnecting and enjoying the good Canarian climate. Also on this floor are the washing machine, dryer and cleaning utensils, all for communal use.

Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is just a 30-minute drive away, where you can stroll through the historic quarter of Vegueta, visit the Elder Museum of Science and Technology, enjoy the lively Playa de Las Canteras beach or visit the emblematic Castillo de La Luz on Calle Juan Rejón.
From Vecindario you can also explore charming villages and unique natural areas. Agaete, a beautiful fishing village in the northwest, is about an hour's drive away, as is the Tamadaba Natural Park and the Doramas Rural Park, ideal for hikers and nature lovers.
