The house is very bright, with all rooms and bathrooms facing outside, and a porch that opens onto the garden and the pool.
It is a charming home, fully renovated and equipped.
The house has 4 bedrooms: 2 are en suite, and the other 2 share a bathroom.
On the ground floor, there is a dining room, living room, open-plan kitchen, a guest toilet, and a laundry room.
The living room opens onto a porch with a dining area and a lounge area.
The porch overlooks the garden and the pool, which are clearly visible from the house, making it easy to keep an eye on children.
There is also an English patio in the centre of the house, and a second-floor terrace with views of the bay.
The house has wifi.
Fornells is one of the most exclusive and charming holiday destinations in Menorca.
It is a small village with no large hotels, a fishing and sailing harbour, pedestrian streets, and a seafront promenade.
There are no tourist businesses or traffic nearby to disturb the peace and quiet.
Shops, the harbour, and swimming access to the sea via a ladder are just a 5-minute walk away.
No tourist services (such as room service, meals, or drinks) are provided in the house during the guests’ stay.
The Balearic Islands Government tourist tax (€2.20 per day per person over 16) is included in the price.
