In this seafront property, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains from its two terraces. With a capacity for 11 people, this two-storey house offers a spacious and cosy environment to enjoy a holiday by the sea. A fixed barbecue and two sun loungers allow you to enjoy the outdoors, while a parasol provides shade on sunny days.
Inside, there are two living rooms, one on each floor, equipped with satellite TV to provide entertainment for the whole family. The living room on the ground floor also has air conditioning. There are also two gas kitchens, fully equipped for cooking and enjoying delicious homemade meals. The separate laundry room features a washing machine, iron and ironing board for guests’ convenience. The house has six bedrooms, including a cot and a high chair available. On the ground floor, two bedrooms are fitted with double beds and two with single beds, while on the upper floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and another with bunk beds. There are two bathrooms on the ground floor, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, and a final one with a shower on the upper floor, completing the house’s amenities.
The property is located in a quiet residential area close to the sea. Just 20 metres away, you will find a rocky beach, while an extensive sandy beach, more than 1 kilometre long, is only 500 metres away. At the end of the urbanisation, there are a variety of bars and restaurants to enjoy. There is also a stand up paddle board rental, ideal for a fun morning with your companions. Just a 10 minute drive away is Ca'n Picafort, an urbanised area offering a wide selection of restaurants, supermarkets and leisure options.
