Wonderful apartment with air conditioning, parking, barbecue on the terrace and wifi located just 500 m from the beach. It has all kinds of amenities to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Brava. Nearby there are all kinds of establishments such as restaurants and shops of all kinds that will take you to an unparalleled experience. The accommodation is located in an idyllic setting with easy access to the main coves and beaches in the area.

The house has just been completely renovated and the decoration is modern and with warm lines. Upon entering we find a dining room with an open kitchen of generous sizes and with plenty of space for the 4 people of its capacity. Everything is on the same floor and from here we have access to both the bedrooms and bathroom as well as the 40 m2 terrace with its outdoor dining area, gas barbecue and a parasol. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are 3 bedrooms in total, two with double beds, and one with a double bed plus a single bed on top of a bunk bed.

We will find two air conditioners, one in the living room and the other in the hallway. The stairs have a chair lift.
