The living room has a comfortable and large sofa bed and, full of windows, shares space with a kitchen where you'll find everything you need for cooking. It stands out for its beautiful, sunny terrace, perfectly suited to enjoying the sun and Seville's weather in general. For the hottest days, there is a shower on the terrace where you can cool off.

A few meters from the building on San Luís Street, there is a supermarket, and the Feria Street Market is about 200 meters away. Alameda Square is less than 10 minutes away.

There is a separate bathroom with a shower, mirror, and good lighting. There is a hairdryer, soap, toilet paper, and everything you need for your stay. The room, decorated in a very original style, features a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and dresser, and light through the window. Central air conditioning keeps the entire house at a comfortable temperature.

Towels and sheets are included in all reservations. All basic amenities for the first day of your stay are also included.
