This charming flat, which can accommodate up to 10 people, combines modern aesthetics with a decoration that has been carefully designed to detail, creating a cosy and sophisticated atmosphere. Designed for maximum comfort and relaxation, it is the perfect place for an incomparable stay.

Its large private terrace-porch invites you to share unforgettable moments in the outdoor dining area overlooking the pool. In addition, its cosy space with outdoor sofas is ideal for relaxing in a unique environment, where every corner has been designed to make you feel at home.

The interior of the house stands out for its brightness and spaciousness, with large windows offering panoramic views of the pool and the sea. The living area has several sofas that will provide you with maximum comfort, as well as a modern living room with a 55’ Smart TV. There is an independent kitchen, fully equipped, with access to an auxiliary space with washing machine and drying area and a large dining room with capacity for 10 people, ideal for family gatherings or friends.

It offers five comfortable bedrooms, four of them with queen size beds and one with two single beds and private bathroom. The master bedroom stands out for its spaciousness, while another offers a cosy sofa and views of the swimming pool. All designed to guarantee maximum relaxation for our guests. There are a total of 4 full bathrooms with shower, ensuring comfort for all guests.

For added comfort, the property offers ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living area, 1G/s WiFi fibre internet and private outdoor parking space.

With a privileged location, situated halfway between the capital of Lanzarote and the airport. Surrounded by kilometres of golden sandy beaches, with restaurants and supermarkets just a few minutes from the house and a quick connection to the motorway for easy access to the rest of the island.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, toaster, coffee machine, hoover, iron, hairdryer, cot, high chair, towels, bed linen and much more.

To access the accommodation, there is a small flight of stairs.

The swimming pool, shared among the guests of the complex, has an air-conditioning system, maintaining an ideal temperature all year round (25-26 degrees). The opening hours are as follows:

Summer: 09:00 hrs - 20:00 hrs.
Winter: 09:00 hrs - 18:00 hrs.

The complex has two outdoor chambers, each pointing to one of the car parks.

An extra cleaning service is offered mid-term for stays of more than 6 days at an additional cost of 120€.
