The secondary building is on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and swimming pool.
Inside, there is a large fully equipped kitchen with a central island, a living-dining room area with a fireplace and large windows opening onto a porch terrace. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom en suite with shower room and with access to the porch, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The property has Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and heat pump. The total capacity is 10 people.
