Recently renovated, the apartment has two double rooms and one single. The west-facing living room has a double sofa bed and a large table. The fully equipped kitchen also offers a dining table. In addition, the apartment has two bathrooms, one of which has an Italian shower.

It is located next to the Plaza de los Toros Monumental, which can be seen from the living room window and one of the rooms. Two steps away is the Monumental metro stop (L2) that connects to most of the tourist places of Barcelona in a few minutes.

The apartment has an internet connection and a washing machine.

It should also be said that it is 25 minutes walk from the beach and that it is surrounded by supermarkets, parks and shops.
