At Weekly Villas, we want you to enjoy your stay without surprises. Here’s everything clearly explained:

Payment Methods:

Credit card: A 3% fee applies if paying by credit card.

Bank transfer: No fees.
Both options include Vrbo assistance.

Cleaning Service:

Final cleaning (includes bath & pool towels and bed linen): 350 euros

Mid-stay cleaning:

During high season, the villa offers a mid-stay cleaning service with towel and linen change included.

In low season, this service is optional and can be added for an extra cost:

Mid-stay cleaning (2 pax, mid-stay, 10:00–12:00): 182 euros

Towel and linen change service: 150 euros

Tourist Tax:

2 euros per adult per day (maximum 7 days)

Security Deposit:

3,000 euros

Payment Terms:

50% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking

The remaining 50% is due 8 weeks before check-in

Cancellation Policy:

A 100% refund is only possible if the villa is rebooked by another guest for the same dates
