The Catalina apartments are located in a modern building in the Pacifico neighbourhood, next to a pleasant open square facing south. It is a residential area that stands out for its peaceful atmosphere, its growing architecture and residential projects, and its varied commercial offering of restaurants, services and shops.



Just 3 minutes walk from the Pacífico metro, which directly connects to the city centre through line 1, this area also offers optimal public transport connectivity. At the same time, the proximity to Atocha station and the Méndez Álvaro South Bus Station have boosted its development, turning it into an increasingly dynamic area.



Moreover, Pacífico is located near the M30, one of the main ring roads of Madrid, a perfect location for people who come for work due to easy access to other key points of the city such as Ifema.



Apartment:



This modern and functional apartment for four guests is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator and offers a perfectly designed space for those seeking comfort and style in a contemporary setting.



The living room and kitchen area, integrated into a single open space, make the most of the available surface. The American kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. The living room, cozy and bright, offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy everyday life. It features a smart TV and a double sofa bed.



The double bedroom, separated from the common areas, provides a calm and private environment, ideal for resting and disconnecting.



The bathroom, with a modern shower, perfectly complements this apartment, providing an experience of comfort and functionality.



The apartment has wifi and washing machine.



The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

All bookings made on the same day of arrival may have a delivery time after 3:00 PM, depending on the time needed for cleaning the apartment. We appreciate your understanding and recommend that you contact us to confirm the exact check-in time.

Respect: For good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment has a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests must comply with the established rest periods at all times.



The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
