The Catalina apartments are located in a modern building in the Pacifico neighborhood, next to a pleasant open square oriented to the south. Just 3 minutes walking from the Pacífico metro station, which directly connects to the city center through line 1, this area also offers optimal public transportation connectivity. At the same time, the proximity to Atocha station and the Méndez Álvaro South Bus Station have boosted its development, turning it into an increasingly dynamic area.



Moreover, Pacífico is located near the M30, one of the main ring roads of Madrid, a perfect location for people who come for work due to easy access to other key points of the city such as Ifema.



Study



This modern studio with capacity for four guests is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator and is the perfect space for those seeking comfort and style in a modern environment with an open and efficient layout, the main area combines living room, kitchen, and rest area in a single space.



The American kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, is perfect for those who enjoy cooking without giving up comfort and design. The living room, bright and cozy, adapts to both relaxation moments and daily activities. It features a smart TV and a double sofa bed.



The rest area includes a double bed, ensuring a cozy place to rest.



The bathroom, with a modern shower, perfectly complements this apartment, providing an experience of comfort and functionality.



The study has wifi.



The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.



Just 2 minutes away, located at Av. Ciudad de Barcelona 93, you'll find the La Wash laundromat.

All reservations made on the same day of arrival may have a check-in time after 3:00 PM, depending on the time needed for cleaning the apartment. We appreciate your understanding and recommend that you contact us to confirm the exact check-in time.



Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.



The crib is subject to availability. Please notify at most 5 days in advance



Respect: For good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment has a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests must comply with the established rest periods at all times.



The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
