Villa

Villa Nayara is a spacious and modern villa located between the vibrant Lloret de Mar and the beautiful village of Tossa de Mar. Its 6 rooms and more than 250m2 living space are plenty to accommodate comfortably up to 12 guests.

You will love its nice garden with a large swimming pool, the BBQ and dining area, the views on the sea and the surrounding natural park. Indoor, enjoy plenty of natural light, comfortable furniture and a modern kitchen. All this with of lot of tranquility and privacy!

The outside area is just lovely, with a lot of privacy. Relaxing and enjoying your vacation on the large terraces poolside (4x8m pool) and balconies. Near the barbecue, you will find a large 12 person outside dining table. There is also a second fridge for cool drinks near the pool.
The private garden has a large lawn: ideal for the kids to play on or for you to relax on your sunbed under the palm tree.

The indoor common areas are spacious and get a lot of natural light.
The main living / dining area is equipped with modern furniture, a smart TV with channels in several languages, and even a fireplace. Needless to say, there is a fast WiFi internet connection.
The recently-renovated kitchen is fully equipped, so you will be able to cook just like at home.

From the living room and the main terrace, enjoy a nice view of the mediterranean sea and the surrounding natural park that gets lit up at sunset.

Entertainment: apart from the swimming-pool, we added in 2025 a pingpong table, foosball and a dart game!

Privacy : the garden is not visible from the street, and the neighboring plots on both sides of the villa are not built upon. Plenty of different areas to relax.

Lower floor :
- 2 bedrooms with king-size double bed, airco and direct access to the terrace
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (joinable into king-size double beds if preferred), one of which has airco, both with direct access to the terrace. These 2 rooms communicate between each other, so it is perfect for a family with 2 kids. One of the 2 rooms has to be accessed through the other one, or by its own door to the terrace.

The location:
Villa Nayara is situated in Serra Brava, along the road between Lloret (5 minutes away) and Tossa de Mar (10 minutes away).
It is a great starting point to discover some of the many wonders of Costa Brava, while Barcelona is only 1 hour away: more than accessible for a day-trip!

You will find a small supermarket at a 5mn walk (opened between June and September only), while the closest big supermarket is at a 5mn drive.

The closest beach is the lovely Canyelles, 5mn driving from the villa. One of the best beaches on the Costa Brava, it has clear water, a cute harbor, some nice beach bars and a couple good quality restaurants.
